AI professional learning & leadership
From leadership strategy to classroom practice.
NextRising AI works with school leaders, curriculum teams, teachers and support staff to explore how AI can be introduced thoughtfully across a school.
The focus goes beyond demonstrating new tools. We help educators consider where AI adds value, how it fits existing pedagogy and curriculum, how responsible use can be managed, and how staff can turn ideas into practical action.
For educators and education teams · tailored scopes · international enquiries
Audiences may include executive leadership, Heads of Department, curriculum leaders, classroom teachers, teacher assistants, learning support staff and technology or digital-learning teams. From a focused leadership conversation or workshop to multi-session professional learning, curriculum-development work or a broader school AI implementation program. Audience, duration, delivery, resources, facilitators, follow-up and pricing are agreed case by case.
Three connected levels
Direction. Learning design. Classroom practice.
3 · Teachers & support staff
For teachers, teacher assistants and other education staff. Bring the direction into real classroom practice through practical sessions with AI tools, classroom scenarios and learning activities.
Depending on the scope, practise planning with AI, creating learning activities, checking outputs, designing student projects, improving prompts, exploring responsible use and developing classroom routines.
Try it. Question it. Adapt it. Use it with purpose.

2 · Curriculum leadership
For Heads of Department, curriculum leaders and learning-design teams. Turn school direction into learning design, integrating AI into curriculum and pedagogy in ways that support learning and preserve student thinking.
This may include curriculum design, assessment, academic integrity, project-based and problem-based learning, student authorship, subject-specific opportunities, tool selection and practical implementation planning.
School Direction → Curriculum → Pedagogy → Classroom Practice

1 · Leadership & strategy
For executives, principals and school leadership teams. Set the direction by exploring AI adoption, implementation priorities, responsible use, staff capability, policy context, risk and change management. Consider how AI may support both learning and wider school operations.
The goal is to move from knowing AI is important to knowing what your school wants to do next.

Scope the right learning experience
Built around what your team needs to do.
Facilitators & format
NextRising AI draws on educators, curriculum specialists, technology professionals and relevant subject experts according to the engagement. The proposed facilitator or consulting team, with relevant qualifications and professional experience, is confirmed in the individual proposal.
Online, in-person or blended delivery, location, timezone, participant numbers, technology needs and follow-up are agreed during scoping. Smaller groups are preferred for highly interactive, hands-on sessions; larger seminars, presentations and leadership briefings can also be designed where appropriate.
Practical resources
Resources may include frameworks, classroom scenarios, tool-review guides, curriculum-planning templates, student project structures, reflection tools and implementation actions. The agreed scope defines what your team receives.
Your existing context
Bring your school’s AI policies, curriculum priorities, approved platforms, assessment approaches and staff questions. The starting point reflects your team’s current experience and intended outcomes.
How the pathway works
Try it. Question it. Adapt it. Use it with purpose.
Leadership & Strategy sets direction. Curriculum Leadership turns direction into learning design. Teachers & Support Staff bring it into real classroom practice.

Before you begin
Practical questions, clear answers.
NextRising AI professional learning is not currently presented as jurisdiction-specific accredited professional development unless a particular program has received formal accreditation.
Our focus is on practical, relevant professional learning designed around the needs of the participating school or education team.
If a program receives formal accreditation in a particular jurisdiction in the future, the relevant accreditation body and details will be clearly stated.
Absolutely. We encourage schools to bring their existing AI policies, curriculum priorities, approved platforms, assessment approaches and real classroom questions into the discussion.
The more we understand about your existing environment, the more relevant and practical the professional learning can become.
Yes — and it can also be designed for more experienced teams.
The starting point is based on the participants, not a fixed technology level. We can introduce fundamental concepts for educators beginning their AI journey or explore deeper curriculum, leadership and implementation questions with teams that are already using AI.
No advanced AI experience is required unless a particular specialist workshop states otherwise.
Resources are selected according to the agreed workshop or program scope.
Depending on the engagement, participants may receive practical frameworks, examples, planning templates, classroom activities, reflection tools, implementation guidance or other agreed resources.
We determine this after understanding what the school wants staff to be able to do after the program.
Yes. Professional learning can be designed for online, in-person or blended delivery.
Location, time zone, facilitator availability, participant numbers and technology requirements will be confirmed during the scoping process.
Professional-learning programs are individually scoped.
Pricing depends on the audience, intended outcome, number and length of sessions, participant numbers, level of customisation, facilitator requirements, delivery format, location and any additional resources or follow-up support.
Following an initial discussion, we can provide a clear scope and quotation for review.
