People and boundaries
Create a respectful learning environment.
Consent and public sharing
Recording a session does not give permission to publish a learner’s face, voice, name, work or testimonial. Public and promotional use needs appropriate separate permission.
Supervision and communication
Live student programs normally use supervised groups. Program communication should use authorised company channels and appropriate professional boundaries. Routine private online one-to-one sessions with minors are not part of the intended model.
Scope, people and preparation
The policy should apply to staff, educators, contractors, partners and others involved in programs for children and young people. Screening and training must match the role and delivery jurisdiction.
Concerns and response
Make it clear how to ask for help.
Review and accountability
Concerns and complaints should have a clear owner and a documented follow-up process. Learning from incidents should inform program planning and staff guidance.
Respond and support
The intended response should prioritise immediate safety, listen respectfully, record relevant facts and share information only with those who need it for a proper response.
Raise a concern
Contact the NextRising AI Program & Safeguarding Team at info@nextrisingai.com. Share only the information needed to explain the concern. We will do our best to review and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
For an immediate or urgent safety concern, contact the appropriate local emergency service, authority or professional support service.
