Use approved accounts and avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information into AI tools. Account and vendor requirements should be explained for each program.

The intended purposes are responding to inquiries, enrollment, program delivery, educator support, payment, safety and administration. Collect only what is reasonably needed for those purposes.
What information is involved?
Inquiries and enrollment may involve contact details, parent or caregiver information, school details, program interests and support needs. Delivery may involve account details, correspondence, learning records and project files.

The intended approach is authorized access, appropriate protection and keeping information only as long as reasonably required.
Consent, recordings and sharing
